Beth Strickland Downs was recently named director of development
at 美高梅博彩's 艺术学院.
As the director of development, Downs is responsible for private
gifts and private fundraising activities benefiting vs上's College
of the Arts and its related entities. This position is important to
the regional university's operational funding support, since a
large portion of funding is received from external sources.
Downs, a 2000 alumna of vs上, transferred from Marietta, where she
spent nearly five years as the public relations coordinator of the
Marietta Museum of History.
