During the event, Asante will discuss his memoir “Buck,” a 2014 and 2015 Washington Post Bestseller, a Barnes and Noble Discover Great New Writers Pick, and an NAACP Image Award finalist for Outstanding Literary Work. 他的书目前正被改编成一部主要电影，由圣丹斯学院的圣丹斯故事片项目资助。
