通过课程学习和实地经验的结合，候选人将能够培养成为入门级领导者的必要能力。 The primary goal of the Internship Experience in the Master’s Degree or Certification-Only (Tier 1) Educational Leadership program is to link the theoretical and philosophical frameworks of educational leadership to actual practice. This is accomplished with field experiences included as a part of the candidate’s program of study and documented through the candidate’s Inventory of Leadership Experience (ILE).

导师

一名VSU领导顾问和一名领导导师（由系统或候选人选择）被指派在整个项目中跟随候选人。 The role of the Leadership 导师 is to assist in the formative and summative evaluation of the candidate’s performance through continuous feedback, coaching, and a support structure to facilitate the development of the candidate’s leadership skills. 经过培训的领导导师，将是学校校长或其他适当的教育领导者，与美高梅博彩领导顾问一起直接负责监督候选人的活动。
